Attended a tour from China to visit Japanese franchisors
In Osaka, we visited the franchise headquarters that develops three types of Okonomiyaki outlets (basic, for women, high grade teppanyaki) in one business style. We got a detailed explanation such as daily sales and annual sales.
In Tokyo, we visited the franchise headquarters that develops ramen business (2 brands), bowl style and a new business style. With the introduction of a new system (various management systems with touch panel) of multi-story-outlets, it is possible to grasp the vacant seats on each floor, for example, from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, also there is no need to take a time to go to the 4th floor to order.
