We discussed the policy of franchising member development including circumstances of each countriy as well as the business chances in Singapore, Vietnam and other countries, 

We re-realized that the business types that can be developed and the acceptable investment amount in Thailand are also important.

Finally we mutually confirrmed the establishment of our future partnership.
