"Osoji Revolution" is a franchise chain that cleaning staff riding a motorcycle rushes to the client.
They increase sales with low price and fully fixed system in the sales areas of Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba prefectures. The owners (shop managers) consist of whom worked in different industries until recently.
In the house cleaning industry where various companies enter from small to major companies, the company has introduced a unique system called "goodwill franchise" which combines the two characteristics of "goodwill division" and "franchising". 6 shops opened in October and November 2016.
With their "Goodwill franchise ", they make thorough training for owner candidates like goodwill division.
The training consists of classroom lecture and OJT on-site for about a half year to a year.
Noteworthy they pay 12,000 yen (approx. USD105) as daily commission to trainees (excluding classroom lecture).
During the training period, the trainee may do sales activities in the area where the shop is planned to open.
The staff uses a motorbike for transportation. The reason is that maintenance costs such as gasoline, parking fee and tax are kept lower than cars and initial investment is low.
They minimize cleaning agent and equipment by refining cleaning technique.
They are also expanding shops other prefectures and at the present there have been no going-out of FC business members.
