IBJ, Inc., which provides various wedding services, announced that they will acquire the shares of "Kamome" company that develops mainly overseas travel planning tours, and makes it a subsidiary. The acquisition cost is 416 million yen. As the synergy effect of the group in the wedding business which was acquired in June this year has gotten on the track, they will make a full-scale entry into travel business. They aim at a comprehensive life design company which makes full use of Japan's largest marriage membership base.
