New business style of low priced, high turnover rate, solo-grilled yakiniku launched by the founder of GYU-KAKU
Tomoyoshi Nishiyama, the chairman of DINING INOVATION founded his company in 2013. After that, he had built "a big eatery kingdom" in just five years, which develops 126 restaurants in Japan and 61 overseas.
Yakiniku LIKE is a new business developed by the chairman Nishiyama who founded GYUI-KAKU, and it is assumed that a customer's eating time will be 25 minutes.
He said "I aim for developing 300 domestic restaurants in the next 5 years and plan to open our restaurants overseas in the near feature".
