On September 7, AJINOMOTO FROZEN FOODS, a major frozen food manufacturer, opens a restaurant "GYOZA IT." in Akasaka, Tokyo with its main menu as baked dumplings. The main target is foreign tourists visiting Japan and the shop staff responds to 15 languages. It is aiming for a total of 300,000 customers in five years.
