Porker of aged "tonkatsu" opened in Hong Kong
On 9th August, the concept bar "Porker" which mainly serves pork cutlets and snacks using aged pork was opened at Wellington Street of the central Hong Kong Island.
"There are plenty of tonkatsu restaurants and distinctive bars in Hong Kong, but it is an unusual place that combine the two factors at the same time" the president of P.O.N LTD said about the store opening.
It is said that "sangenton" porks from Kagoshima are aged for 30 to 40 days and used them in the best condition.
