As a result of this acquisition of shares, RCLAND SERVICE HOLDINGS aims not only to further expand its backpackers business by pouring management expertise of group restaurants and operation know-how of the franchise chain headquarters, the company is also planning various synergies that make full use of the Backpackers' Japan new business concept development capabilities and will lead to the expansion of new business.
