YARUKI Switch aims to accelerate business expansion by making use of fund and know-how to prepare for future stock listing. The fund side finds investment opportunities in the education industry where growth can be expected in the future.
AP made a special purpose company (SPC) and acquired all the shares of YARUKI Switch including those of the founder & president Masao Matsuda on May 31. It seems that the acquisition amount was some billions Japanese yen.
