The hotel is located in front of the station 1 minute walk from the Hokuriku Shinkansen - Echigo Toki Maki Train Station "Joetsu Myoko" station, and it is also a 5 minute drive from the Joetsu Takada IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway.
A large public bath and restaurant on the 1st floor, conference rooms on the 2nd floor, a parking lot inside the hotel premises. They aim to acquire business demand mainly around the Joetsu city industrial park and tourism demand around Myoko city.

In the building, "APA ECO UNIT SYSTEM", a heat insulation integral construction method for energy conservation measures will be applied
In the guest rooms, the original bed "Cloud fit" and "APA Hotel Original Unit Bath" with “ovate bathtub, thermostat fixed charge stopper, water saving shower” was introduced in all rooms.
They also introduce free Wi-Fi, 50-inch or larger-screen TV, ceiling lighting that sticks to brightness.
It is scheduled to open in July 2018.
