Iwashita Shoji (Fukui City), which manages hot bathing facilities, established a new company Iwashita Food Business and contracted a franchise agreement with Pepper Food Service (Tokyo), a leading restaurant chain. They will open franchise outlet of steak specialty IKINARI STEAK in late July in Fukui city. Within three years they aim to expand five steak houses in three prefectures of Hokuriku.

Three group companies including Iwashita Shoji invested and the capital is 35 million yen. The franchise outlet which opens in late July is located in 2 - Chome, Owada, Fukui City and the area is about 230 square meters with 60 to 70 seats.

Iwashita Shoji operates a hot bathing facility "Shoraku no yu" (Tsubata town) in Ishikawa Prefecture, "Koshi no Yu" (Toyama city) in Toyama Prefecture, and offers food service in each hot bathing facility. They learn know-how in franchise contract to lead to the further development of food business.
