LAWSON 's ownership interest in POPLAR rises from the current 5.0% to 18.2% and becomes the second largest shareholder from the third place shareholders.

President Meguro of POPLAR also will undertake a part of the third-party allotment of shares this time and will continue to hold the position of the largest shareholder.
Both companies have already collaborated since the conclusion of the capital business in December 2014. By raising the further ownership ratio by Lawson, they intend to furthermore deepen the relationship such as increased supply of PB products.
