Odakyu Real Estate Co. Ltd. signed a franchise agreement with Benry Co.,Ltd. in order to improve the value of the Odakyu railway line. The company enters the living support service business and will open the first shop "Benry Odakyu Tsurugawa shop" on August 18th.
The company plans to open 15 stores around the Odakyu Line by 2021. By strengthening cooperation between the project and the existing renovation business and living services, the company will improve the ease of living of residents along the line, and will stimulate the distribution of existing houses.
