We won the top prize 5 times from 2009 at Tokyo Ramen Show which is the biggest ramen festival in Japan. We are confident in our popularity and products.
In addition to our ramen know-how, we also tell our franchisees of our management know-how. We send seasonings such as soy sauce which cannot be locally purchased from Japan.
We do not provide Japanese ramen as it is to overseas, but we also adjust the taste according to the preference of the local customers and propose new menus.
We established a training center right in front of Toyama’s head office in March 2017. There is a kitchen on the first floor and accommodation facilities are available on the second floor which is cheaper than hotels for a long stay.
