  • I myself trained at a famous ramen restaurant, and originally opened my first ramen shop in Rumoi and then opened in Sapporo and the current location of Dogenzaka in Shibuya. Our ramen has proven to be strong in competitive areas. We have two strategies for opening shops: in competitive areas or in non-competitive areas where there are no rivals. In particular, the number of inbound customers has increased greatly in Dogenzaka because we have devised a way to be found in Google searches. We have analyzed the behavior of overseas tourists in Japan and created an effective flow line based on that. In the past, we had an overseas shop in Wan Chai , Hong Kong but we withdrew from the area for various reasons. We will continue to prepare so that overseas customers who have eaten our ramen will want to eat it in their own countries and even open their own shops. Fot this vision, we will continue to keep our eyes and ears open.

  • Because there are few VIGAN ramen or gluten-free ramen overseas, some inbound customers take the time to research our ramen shops and come to eat. There are also many people who eat ramen in Japan for the first time in their lives. There are even ramen tours, which is a truly wonderful thing. There are many customers who were impressed by our ramen when they tried it for the first time. It is a precious memory for them, and they share their feelings of deliciousness with their family and friends and post about it on SNS. In an international society where diversity is recognized, VIGAN Ramen, Gluten Free Ramen, and Vegetarian Ramen are well received and it is easy to reach our target customers. We hope to continue our research and make more people around the world smile with our ramen. In addition to ramen, our side dishes such as gluten-free fried chicken and gluten-free and vegan gyoza are also very popular.

  • We have been supporting Cambodia for many years. Through an meeting with a leader and teachings, my life has become positive and extremely enriched by making social contributions through my business. And now I move forward without losing sight of my goals, no matter what happens. We are still continuing this activity and have set up a donation button on the ticket vending machine in all of our ramen shops so that customers can donate themselves. JPY2.00 from every our ramen is used to support the education of children in Cambodia. We are very grateful for the cooperation of our customers who support this will. We have also collaborated with several companies to deliver 300 kg of rice, 200 T-shirts, 200 ramen bowls to Cambodia. As we continue this activity, we hope every day that children around the world will learn more about Japanese miso ramen.
